Standard Shipping is FREE for orders above $25 all over Australia. See if your order qualifies at checkout. For non-qualifying orders, Standard Shipping is $4.95. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Standard Shipping is typically 5-12 business days.
Priority Shipping is $7.95 on all Australian purchases. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Priority Shipping is typically 5-7 business days.
Most of the products are shipped from overseas, which may increase shipping time due to custom clearance.
All Other Shipping Destinations
Shipping costs to all other non-Australia destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout. For international shipments, additional custom fees may be charged depending on the country’s regulations. Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

For any lost or damaged parcel kindly contact your courier company as we are not liable for any lost/damaged parcels. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us and you may not be eligible for full refund.
