We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We don’t offer a return for a change of mind. To be eligible for a return, 

  1. Make a return request within 07 days of receiving order; – item must be as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken); – in a resalable condition; and – not damaged in any way.
  2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
    3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.
    4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
    5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS: Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be  within 7 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted (only applies on damaged/incorrect orders), we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that buyer have to bear return fee.

To cancel the order, you can send us an email. A cancellation fee of 3% will apply. Please note that if the order shipped we can’t cancel it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any request made after 7 days of receiving an item will not be eligible for return or refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchange of items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
